What data I process and why

If you contact me through the form, I process your name, email, company name and number of employees (if you provide them) and your message for one purpose only: to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to prepare a proposal.

If you book a call, Microsoft Bookings collects the details you enter in order to manage the appointment.

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form or by making a booking. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing adrian190401@gmail.com.

How long I keep it

For as long as needed to answer your enquiry and, at most, one year after our last contact if we don’t end up working together. If you hire me, it is kept for the duration of our working relationship and for any period required by law.

Who it’s shared with

No one, unless required by law. To run this site I use the following providers, who act as data processors:

Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, delivering form messages by email, spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Web Analytics uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you. Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Microsoft Corporation: appointment booking with Microsoft Bookings, subject to Microsoft’s data protection terms.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why you won’t see a cookie banner. Turnstile may use strictly necessary technical storage to check that you’re not a robot. If you play the demo video, it loads from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by emailing adrian190401@gmail.com and stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
